Wednesdays at 2pm- Gentle Flow Yoga. Taught from a foundational level, very gentle, modified to suit all levels. May include Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra (meditation) to promote relaxation and healing.
Fridays at 2pm - Chair Yoga-tailored to anyone who cannot kneel or workout from the mat. Gentle but effective workout for all skill levels. Great for anyone dealing with arthritis, joint pain or even recovering from knee surgery.
